WHAT is your return policy?

We very much hope that you like all the goods you have purchased with us, but if it happens that the product is not suitable, we promise to take the goods back. If you are dissatisfied with the goods you have purchased, you can return them within 7 days of their delivery.

You can return items only if you have not used them, do not speak, the goods are intact or have not lost their marketable appearance. We undertake to return the money paid for the goods or change the item within 21 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned goods

When you receive a defective item, you can also return it within 7 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the returned product, our commission will verify that it is intact and will notify you by e-mail or telephone. We reimburse the cost of returning the goods. How much does it cost to return the product?

in Lithuania it costs nothing to return the product. All you have to do is write info@bliss.lt, we'll call the courier and let him know at what time he'll come to pick up the shipment.

In European countries, refund costs EUR 10. If you return a defective item or make a mistake at the time of delivery, we are reimbursed for the cost of the refund.
