What do I do if the product that I have received is inapropriate or with defects?

Please return the product to us. We will change it with another one and will compensate the delivery costs or return the money to Your account, which You have used for making the order.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery usualy takes 3-5 working days, the products are delivered from 08.00 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. on working days.

Can you deliver to an address other than my payment address?

Yes, that can be Your work address or another place of residence. If You choose Your work address, please make sure that the name of the company as well as the addressee is written in the address field, in order for the courier to find the right delivery place.

How much time do I have for returning the goods?

You can return the goods in 7 days from the day of delivery.

The return of the goods will cost 10 Lt. If we made a mistake during delivery or if the goods were with defects, the return of the goods will be paid by us.
